Andy’s single speed makeover
This bike has been used as a work bike since 2012 when I had originally built it for Andy from Dash Delivery. I don’t normally build single speeds although I do love them. It fit into my repertoire as a bike as a tool for commuting, touring, or working. It was about ready for a repaint and I thought it would be nice if it coincided with the 2018 North American Handmade Bike Show (NAHBS).
To make it presentable for the show, I had the fork with the twin plate Columbus MAX crown re-chromed. I also built him a custom stem as he’s been talking about one for some time now. The old Campagnolo hubs were polished up and laced to a new set of Torelli rims. Some other new components were added to the mix including a rare polished stainless Chris King headset to make this as new as the day he first got it. The finished product received runner up for best track bike at NAHBS 2018. Here’s to another 6 years of working on the streets of Providence!

What a beautiful bike!
Would you mind sharing pricing on this past the frame and fork price? Thanks!

I only make complete bikes. They generally range in price from $5k to $8k. Hope that helps!
