This bike was a long time coming. Robbie’s Plum Crazy 650b rinko randonneur is ready to roll and it rides like a dream! The test ride is always the best part of the job. I’m really pleased with how this one came together. The hidden taillight wire makes the lower head tube and front rack look clean but I’m not 100% sure if I’ll do it on future bikes. The straddle hanger is set up in a non-traditional way so the straddle cable can pop off of it easily as it is a Rinko bike. The fender split and rear cable hanger are also rinko specific details. Since this build, this bike has become more well-traveled than me making its way to various destinations around the world. I’m a little envious!
